Our refund policy, as stated in the terms of agreement upon creating an account at learn.niroga.org, all purchases and registration fees are non-refundable.  

As a small nonprofit, this allows our administrative load to be sustainable. Because course materials are made available in advance and students have the opportunity to access them, and recordings are available afterward for a limited time to review what was covered, we kindly ask for your understanding of our policy.
